Call for Papers

41st National Convention of Electrical Engineers

Engineering professionals from industry, R&D organizations, academic institutions, and Government departments are invited to submit papers related to the theme and sub-themes of the Convention.

The Convention will feature a keynote address, memorial lecture, and invited lectures by eminent scientists and engineers.

Date & Venue

The Convention will be held on 21st & 22nd August 2026 at Abhiyanta Bhavan, Amravati. Parallel technical sessions will be conducted at Govt. College of Engineering Amravati and Govt. Polytechnic Amravati.

1Abstract Submission

  • • Soft copy of abstract not exceeding 250 words
  • • Include title, names of authors, affiliations & email addresses
  • • Font: Times New Roman, size 12, on A4 size paper
  • • Send to: amravatilc@ieindia.org

2Full Paper

  • • Submit full-length paper upon acceptance within deadline
  • • Max 6 pages, A4 size, Times New Roman 12pt, in Word format
  • • Send to: amravatilc@ieindia.org by 15 July 2026
  • • Selected papers published with ISBN in the technical volume
